slambet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms ", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and slambet ("slambet", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the slambet online betting and casino platform accessible at slambet.org and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a casino game, claiming a promotion, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the slambet platform and close your account.

slambet operates under an international gaming license. These Terms are intended to protect both the User and slambet, to ensure the platform operates fairly, transparently, and in compliance with its licensing obligations. These Terms should be read together with the slambet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and slambet.

To open a slambet account and use any part of the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. slambet does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion. This is a hard age-gate enforced through KYC verification — not a soft advisory.
• You must be accessing the slambet platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited to you personally by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of slambet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by slambet or another gaming operator, that is currently in force.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous slambet account closed for breach of these Terms.

slambet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to slambet's satisfaction, the account will be restricted or closed and any balance held pending compliance review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) slambet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your slambet account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. slambet shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or service interruptions arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slambet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your slambet account. slambet will treat any activity conducted through your account credentials as activity authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security compromise prior to that activity.

slambet operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations imposed by its international gaming license. As a condition of using the platform — and in particular before any withdrawal is processed — you will be required to complete identity verification by providing documentation satisfactory to slambet.

Acceptable identity documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• A valid Pakistani passport
• A valid driver's licence issued in Pakistan
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the name on your slambet profile)

slambet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to do so, including during enhanced due diligence reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account restriction and may result in account closure.

All identity documents submitted to slambet are processed in accordance with the slambet Privacy Policy and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

slambet accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the slambet platform at the time of your deposit. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK QR, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, GrabPay, and Retail Cash agent locations. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All slambet account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. There are no hidden currency conversion charges applied by slambet to PKR deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, as displayed in the slambet cashier at the time of deposit.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• slambet reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request re-submission via a verified method if third-party funding is suspected.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for slambet's operational expenditure.

Withdrawal requests on slambet are subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Section 4), the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the relevant portion of your balance, and satisfaction of any fraud or AML review that slambet considers necessary in the circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB) are typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
• slambet may request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal that it deems unusual, high-value, or inconsistent with your account history.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, wherever possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• slambet does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

slambet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity. In such cases, slambet will notify the account holder as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.

slambet offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly disclosed at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all slambet promotions unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered before their expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• slambet bonuses are available to eligible users only. slambet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active on a slambet account at any given time, unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Deposits made with the intention of meeting bonus wagering requirements through low-risk or risk-free betting strategies (including but not limited to matched betting and arbitrage) are prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• slambet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All bets placed on slambet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as published in the slambet betting rules documentation. The following general principles apply across all slambet betting markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until slambet's system has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation are not valid and will not be settled.
• slambet reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change at any point. slambet does not guarantee that a bet request submitted during live play will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of request.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• slambet reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets placed by any individual account.
• slambet PSL cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament authority. Abandoned or suspended matches will be settled according to the applicable slambet cricket betting rules.

All casino games available on slambet — including slot games, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures that have been independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slambet slot games is disclosed within the game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-run return percentages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Casino games are games of chance; past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a casino game, slambet will resolve the round based on the game state recorded on slambet's servers at the time of the interruption.
• slambet is not responsible for losses arising from a User's internet connection failure during a live game session.
• slambet reserves the right to remove any casino game from its lobby at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slambet platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one slambet account, whether personally or in conjunction with others.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any slambet game or market.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with slambet's platform without express written consent.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting slambet bonus offers or market pricing discrepancies to generate risk-free returns, as determined by slambet at its reasonable discretion.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after completing transactions on slambet.
• Money laundering: Using slambet to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false information: Submitting false identity documents, false source-of-funds information, or any other fraudulent documentation to slambet.
• Underage access: Accessing slambet if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

slambet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users aged 21 and above. slambet's Responsible Gaming tools are accessible at any time from your account dashboard and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your slambet account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from slambet for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing slambet. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration and will be actioned within 24 hours of the request being received.

All content on the slambet platform — including but not limited to the slambet brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, written content, graphics, audio, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of slambet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the slambet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any slambet content without prior written authorisation from slambet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slambet's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the slambet platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their slambet account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slambet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind;
• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond slambet's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, DDoS attacks, acts of God, or regulatory intervention;
• Any technical fault in a User's own device, internet connection, or software that affects their ability to access or use slambet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes slambet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

slambet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a slambet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

slambet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud detection services — strictly as necessary to operate the slambet platform and fulfil legal obligations under the applicable gaming license.

slambet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slambet will provide notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the slambet platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the slambet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using slambet and close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slambet holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact slambet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. slambet will use reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an independent arbitration body designated by slambet's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
